Research & analysis
I interviewed people living in the United States about how they handle credit card issues and where they look for advice.
- All of them rely on credit cards day to day.
- Most had never heard of a credit consulting company.
- Few had experienced a serious credit problem, but all wanted guidance before one happened.
Work approach
I iterated a lot before arriving at the final design, stayed flexible to meet changing business needs, involved the product owner and stakeholders in in-house testing, and held a weekly call with the CEO and CTO.
Design solution
Before jumping into the solution, it was important to define what success meant for both users and the business. I designed the desktop and mobile versions of the website around one promise: monitor your credit, protect your identity, unlock a brighter financial future.
What comes next
Detailed design documentation and assets for a seamless development handoff, collaboration with QA testers, and a feedback loop to keep iterating after launch.
“The website looks really good and neat.”
